What is your shipping policy?
We currently only ship within the U.S. via USPS. Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
For our international customers - we're working hard to offer international shipping and we'll announce this once we're able to.
What is your return/exchange policy on apparel?
If you’d like to initiate a return/exchange, please email email@example.com within 7 business days of receipt. Include your full name and order number in your email inquiry. All returns/exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- We do not cover shipping costs for any returns/exchanges at this time.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable
- We will only accept back garments in it’s original, undamaged condition. Items showing signs of wear will be returned back to you.
- We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items.
What is your return/exchange policy on coaching programs?
All sales are final on training programs. If, for some reason, you did not receive your program in your email, please email firstname.lastname@example.org along with your full name and order number.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
