What is your shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping via USPS. All orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Since we're shipping directly from Hawaii, USPS may take a few extra business days to update your online tracking information. If your parcel is in transit and you would like an update, please contact USPS directly for further assistance.
Saiyan LLC is not responsible for lost/stolen packages, packages sent to the wrong address or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. Customers will be responsible for filing all claims with USPS.
For our international customers
Depending on your country, your order may go through customs. Customs fees will be charged once your package reaches the destination country. Customers will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your package from customs.
Please note, the grand total of your order displayed at checkout does not include any of the fees mentioned above. If any of these additional fees/duties are required, you will be informed by the carrier prior to delivery. Saiyan LLC has no control over customs fees and/or policies.
Failure to pay customs fees will result in your parcel being returned back to Saiyan LLC. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
What is your return/exchange policy on apparel?
If you’d like to initiate a return/exchange, please email email@example.com within 7 business days of receipt. Include your full name and order number in your email inquiry. All returns/exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- We do not cover shipping costs for any returns/exchanges at this time.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable
- We will only accept back garments in it’s original, undamaged condition.
- Items showing signs of wear are not accepted and will be returned back to you.
- Items that smell of cologne, deodorant and/or smoke will be returned back to you.
- Items must have their original tags attached.
- We do not accept returns on Clearance items (items will be marked "Final Sale" in product description).
- We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items.
What is your return/exchange policy on training programs/cookbooks?
All sales are final on training programs/cookbooks. If, for some reason, you did not receive your program/cookbook in your email, please email firstname.lastname@example.org along with your full name and order number.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
